PointsPlus new formula
You can get the new WW points plus calculation from the internet. I built a spread spreadsheet with the new formula and then just copy and paste my fat, fiber, carbs, and protein values from my food diary to my spreadsheet. It is pretty close and a lot easier than using the new WW calculator to figure the new points. I am disappointed with the WW lifetime membership and their web site. Free lifetime membership is not true if you want to use their web site to log food and track points - you have to pay the same as someone who is losing weight. I like this site better anyway - easier to use. I just go to WW meetings once a month to keep my lifetime membership active and to keep myself on track.

Thanks for the review!!! I have looked at both the FitBit and Body Bug and haven't actually purchased one. I think I will order the FitBit now! I have really wanted something that will tell me how many calories I actually burn. I love FS for tracking calories consumed but know that the activity tracker really depends on the individual. I have a heart rate monitor but hate wearing the chest strap! This sounds better. I can at least compare the two and see how accurate the FitBit is. Thanks again.

WW Points -- Kinda Sorta Back?
Wow that's awesome! Thanks a lot!!! I was copying and pasting to a spreadsheet and thought that was cool. I must admit, I am a little nervous about downloading anything to my computer. I might wait a couple of days and see what other people experience. Now that I am in my 50's I am not as trusting as I used to be.

We can track our own points
Let's face it WW is behind this change. Rather than supporting us, they found FS a threat. I was very upset at first but decided to put the blame on WW's where it belongs. I have a work around my points calculation. I edited my preferences in FS and made sure I included Calories, Fat, and fiber. Then I created an excel worksheet that contains the same headings as my food diary totals. I added a date column and my own calculation for WW points. Now I can copy my totals in FS and paste them into my spreadsheet to see my points for the day. It is an extra step but it works! Here is the calculation for my points: =ROUND(((G2/50)+(C2/12))-(E2/5... Where G2 is calories, C2 is fat grams, and E2 is fiber. I put the date in A2 and my calculation in H2. It works for me.

Fat Secret no longer tracking Weight Watchers Points !!
Here is a way to calculate WW points (Calories/50+fat/12)-(fiber/5)... I just created my own spread sheet so I can enter my total calories, fat and fiber for a day and have it calculate my points.

Any other free sites do weight watcher points?
I have spent the last hour searching for something else. I like the SparkPeople site - it doesn't track WW points but I like the site and food plan recommendations. I think I will switch to that.

Fat Secret no longer tracking Weight Watchers Points !!
I think WW complained about this site! I don't think it had anything to do with the members.

WW points
I e-mailed also. This is really bad news for all WW users.

Hate not having the WW points tracking. I am a lifetime member and don't have e-tools available to me unless I pay for them!!! Now I am upset with Fat Secret and with Weight Watchers!!! This site has lost some of its effectiveness for me!!!!!!!!!

Shape Ups? Or the Rebook easy tone?
I have the Easy Tones and love them. I can really feel it in my legs and butt on the days I wear them. I like wearing them when I walk the dog and do house work. They are a little hard to get used to when doing aerobics class - changes your balance and I am already co-orodination challenged.

WW Points /Calories Are They Accurate on This Site??
Eat more vegetabl - steamed with no fat - no Points! That is the key to WW points. You get calories but no points. Foods with lots of fiber will also have fewer points. See how many no point foods you can incorporate into you daily food log. It is fun and you will fill full and satisfied.

I am also a WW lifetime member and after keeping the weight off for a couple of years, I foolishly thought I had it all figured out. Then in November the pounds started creeping on and no matter what I did, I could not lose them. I too was discouraged about losing my e-tools when a friend told me about this site. I am loving the tracking tools and WW points calculator. I am finding the journaling to be one of the most powerful tools. I am enjoying the Fat Secret community. We can do this with the help of others. Good luck on the preganancy!

Printing out journal/diet
I don't see a way to do this from within FatSecret but it is easy to copy it to a Word Document and print from there. I opened a Word document, switched to Fat Secret, highlighted the top part of my food diary where are my stats are - date, points, calories, etc. Press Ctrl+C (copy), switch over to my document and paste (Ctrl+V). You can save your document and keep pasting new data to it and print whenever you want.
