Wrist fitness trackers ?
I have been considering getting a fitness/sleep tracker. Fitbit and Jawbone UP seem to be the ones I see around. Wondered if folks on here are using those, or others, and what the pros and cons are of each. (I did see there was a specific fitbit topic already started - but as I'm not committed to one brand or another, I thought I should start a new thread.) Thanks for any advise/insight.

Bowel Movements
Lots and lots of water, drank throught the day. Every day. This is the most important but somehow it ends up being the hardest to accomplish.. And a fiber supplement everyday, whether it be the powder you mix with water, a fiber bar, or they have fiber gummies! Good luck.

Cheese or Chocolate?
Chocolate. Especially dark chocolate. I don't eat much of it, but when I do... to nibble slowly and enjoy the taste as it melts in my mouth... definately chocolate! Have a great day!

Ready to lose 15 pounds.
A tip that is helping me... shop only on the outside of the grocery store. Its where the healthiest foods are! Once you venture into the aisles, you hit all kinds of processed foods that are higher in calories and lower in nutrition. Your points (Or calories) go further if you are eating natural foods! Good luck.

There really is no secret to weight loss

I've tried to lose weight before, and the main difference between then and now is that I'm no longer "trying" but instead I made up my mind to "do". I am determined, I am driven. Not succeeding is NOT AN OPTION.

[b]Superbowl Sunday[/b] could be a difficult day, especially if you will watch the game with family and friends. So, take an offensive position NOW to prepare. Some suggestions: [i]1. Set your Game Plan:[/i] give yourself permission for what is allowable. Do it before you go. One beer? One plate of nachos? Enter it on your diet calendar before you head out. [i]2. Suit up for the day:[/i] wear something that shows off your success to date, or something a tad tight. Cinch the belt in! [i]3. Feel superior.[/i] As you maintain your control for the day, look around at the others in the room. Look at the quantity of what they are eating, drinking. Know that the next day they are going to hurt - whereas you'll be feeling strong and walking tall! [i]4. over 50 and looking for a buddy
I turn 50 this year. Have 30 pounds to lose. I am not quite a match... but this Post has received so many hits, from so many fun people, that is seems like the place to be. I'm from the midwest, but I travel all across the East, and Southeast... including DC, the Carolinas, Louisville. If you'd like another buddy, one only just starting the 50s club, please include me!

I think this has to do with the database and it stinks because there is no getting around it. THis has happened to me twice. I put in some pork rinds and I got cheese!

Input my meals to the wrong day - easiest/quickest way to copy them to correct day?
This happened to me by mistake the other day - there is a way to copy the entire eating day somehow to another day, but since I had accidentally switched two days, I just decided to leave them that way ...
