Thanks Dana! I'm not incredible, I just put in the work! I truly believe ANYONE can lose it if you are just honest to yourself and commit to it!

Thanks so much everyone! You guys are such a big factor in me being here and have helped me so much through the year! Really again thank you all. I edited the post a bit. Cut out the middle pics and just did a contrast between the then and now and put the prog pics on my journal for anyone still wanting to see them.

I edited the post from a progression to show the difference from when I started to now, its not a before and after because I have A LOT to go before I'm at after! So more like a before and during! If you want to see a full progression of what it looked like during the past year, i posted the progression pic on journal. [IMG]http://i818.photobucket.c... Started at 532 to 332 as of earlier today!

Goal Number 2 - 349 pounds, 183 pounds lost, 10 months.
Thanks so much everyone, still going albeit slowly. Body is changing by the scale has hovered at the same point this month with small fluctuations but it's all good! Thanks again for tour words!

No worries Evie, but i still have to say that I think she's letting an opportunity pass her up. Insecurity is just another obstacle that we need to overcome as obese people and the faster we can do that the better. It's something I still struggle with and it sucks but I'm learning and the best way to deal is to bite the bullet and face it. If people are nasty smile to them and put on the most annoyingly devious smile and irk the hell out of them by being the sweetest person you can be it will make you better then them and you will be improving yourself inside and out while doing it. Part of this weightloss thing eviee as I'm sure you know is facing your fears insecurities and weaknesses inside and out.

Well you really didn't explain it like that to begin with, you said you didn't know them and used some pretty judgmental language towards them so I can understand how people above would think you were a bit gun shy.

I do think you are wrong. This is all about pushing your limits, if they are walking faster then you, then TRY to push yourself to walk faster to catch up and that will just make you burn more anyway it will also give you the confidence to know that you did it. There is NOTHING like doing something you wouldn't have done prior to starting losing weight. That's why we should be doing this, its getting our lives back. Get your life back, don't hide from it. Carpe Diem.

It's a great tip. The who knew part is I think to me the biggest part of my equation. My issue was more mental then anything. I knew what was wrong why didn't I do it was the thing I had to fix. Great tip.

Did I see my name? :) Hi! Elder! I sent you a friend request, but I agree with the advice above for the main reason that the biggest part of success is that its all about changing lifestyle rather then just short term fixes. Also I see that you were restricted due to some injuries, I was in the same boat due to both health and injuries. I shattered my pelvis in a car accident in HS and exercise was really rough. So It's great that you are back on your feet and ready to go, that first step is the most important and the will to take it is HUGE! I'll send you a pm to talk abit more.

Congratulations! One year of being conscientious and concerned about your weight is a feat to be proud of! And 15 pounds is great! Like everyone says try carrying that around a bit and you would be amazed at how heavy that actually is! Again Congrats!
