I am on week 2 without sugar foods and I feel better and my clothes are fitting better already. Out with the processed foods I say!

Help! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
You sound like you are doing most things right. You will probably have to cut out the diet red bull, diet sodas and diet powerade. I am sure the vodka is putting a hold on weight loss also. Your body is going to burn the alcohol off first before it works on taking off fat from the body. Try a week without these drinks and just stick to 64 oz. of water and see what happens. Induction does not involve these drinks. Let me know how if goes.

Dusted off the treadmill
I finally did something tonight besides sit and type on the computer and watch TV. I worked out 25 minutes. YEAH!

Not happy
That's what I do when I drink a glass of wine. One bottle of water per one glass of wine. It keeps me at just 2.

I can do crysta light and not stall. You will have to see if it effects you at all.

Hi, sending prayers to you and to your granddaughter. It sounds like she is in a lot of pain. You must stand strong in your beliefs and keep praying on her and change will come. I hope you come back here. There are people that care.

sugar okay or not okay in induction
In induction, I can't do Atkins bars at all but I can do splenda. You have to find out what stalls your body. I will do no more than 2 packets if I do and not every day. We are suppose to avoid regular sugar completely.

just started ate like ahog last night
I haven't given up my red wine with dinner and I am doing the low carb way of eating. The weight and inches are coming down (but probably a little slower because of my love of wine). You can still lose weight but lower it to one glass at dinner with meat or fish and vegetables. Logging in here will help you to keep count and stay on track.

Having 200 calories every 2 hours, for eg; like from 8am to 6pm should shake things up abit and hopefully get the ball rolling again.

High carb- Low protein and HUNGRY all the time???
You usually need to eat (at least) every 3 hours on a High carb diet to stop hunger. I find, with high carb dieting grazing is the best system. While with low carb dieting, a set 3 meals a day works ...
