Anyone else pregnant?
Hey! I was actually on this site trying to loose the last 10 pounds and woops! found out I was pregnant. I am thinking about keeping track on here, just to watch what im eating and make sure I dont gain too much too. So happy someone else in in the same situation! How is it goimg?

yesterday did 40 min AM walk - I had all intentions to go to on a run but ended up in IKEA for 2 HOURS!! then followed by an hour and a 1/2 of lugging dining room table and chairs and mirror and knick knacks haha. woops! I am throwing myself a little apartment warming party so i thought it would be nice if people had a place to sit! I am making the food so yummy yummy healthy stuff only! veggies hummus shrimp edemame! im so excited cindyshine - the walking really isnt bad at all! Everyone thought i was CRAZY parking my car there and that i would never do it! but its been about a month now and Im not giving up! In the AM I stop and grab my coffee and enjoy my neighborhood and in the PM it gives me time to decompress and get ready for making dinner, cleaning, the dog etc etc! I def recommend it ! ok that post got a little long ... hope you are all having a great day, it is beautiful here in Philly :)

woohooo!! ran 4 miles yesterday, 60 min total with warm up and stretching! yes! add up the morning 20 min walk and the 20 min evening walk 100 min! 40 min walk this morning so far! [b]What am I doing to improve my overall health? [/b]Using this website! I have started making choices everyday that wont necessarily make me thinner, but will make me healthier! Instead of diet soda i have water, instead of full eggs, I have egg whites, when I drink tea I conciously look for antioxidents, whole grain instead of white bread, more veggies and fruit I have parked my car a mile from my house so I get 2 miles of walking in a day! It's amazing how much better I feel when I do all of these things, even though the waist band might not be shrinking like crazy, my confidence is growing and I think that is what really matters. I know I am doing what I can to be healthy, not just thin. and i know it is working b/c I have switch others to come along with me!

Happy Monday Morning! Saturday was sooo beautiful in Philly! I went shopping for 3 hours!! walked the entire time :) Felt great! Sunday only 20 min :(

Thursday Total: 90 Min 30 Min AM walk 40 Min 4 mile run and stretch :) 20 min PM walk I have a 10 mile run coming up in 2 weeks, I hope I can make it!! Friday so far : 30 min AM walk, it is SO nice out, I cant concentrate on work 8)

finished yesterday strong! 30 min AM walk 30 min run!! (I had to go by myself last night b/c the boys couldnt keep up :) ) 30 min PM walk Total for Wed - 90 Min!! Thurs so far 30 min AM walk

Tuesday total: 45 min walk AM 25 min three mile run (I went with 2 guys from my work and seriously kicked butt!) 45 min walking and pushups! PM Wed total so far: 30 min walk AM - On the 20 min walk to my car, I put a 5 lb weight in my purse and a 5 lb weight in my snack bag ... it was tough but I could def feel it working!

Monday 4/14 - 70 min of activities! walking, walking, walking, and pushups (10 real ones!) Tuesday 4/15 - 45 min walking so far! going for my co-worker run later! wish me luck :d

I think we are supposed to post these here ? [b]What are you doing to reinforce daily the new habits you are trying to build?[/b] Well, I recruited 2 of my coworkers to go running with me after work!! woohoo! Thanks Jeanvabu I have 100% been faithful to my puppy, making sure to walk her twice a day for at least 20 min. and no matter how tired I am I have been parking my car a mile away from my apt., it's FREE and its good for me! (eating habits I will report on later ) [b]What are the positive affirmations that you are focusing on?[/b] Im good enough, Im smart enough, and gosh darn it, PEOPLE LIKE ME!! - [i]Stewart Smally[/i] (haha SNL joke) But seriously, I focus on how good it feels when someone asks, what are you doing? you look great! and how good I feel when I have gone a whole day without cheating PLUS a work out. Right now I am a 4 in some clothes and a 6 in others, I cant wait until a 6 is just too big!!

[b]Today[/b] - haha my "puppy" is almost 2!!! :lol: haha, but loves to explore! I had been cheating her for a little while now, just going out to do her business, but now we are rockin and rollin! She is a pug and is so tiny and cute, the last thing I would want is for her to be a big rolly polly.

Also, I am going to take some advice from all of you (you in particular susieq) if I keep cheating, I am going to keep going back to square one, I am going to loose the 10 pounds I want to get rid of (and a little more for some cushioning) THEN I can take some liberties with treats. I've told my boyfriend to PLEASE stop brining in the bad foods until I'm ready and he has agreed :) so thank you all for your kind words! (Oh and I cheated and looked at the scale this morning and after a day of eating right and working out Im back to 133 :) look out, I think this week Im going to be loosing A LOT of luggage! I love this website !

so I have a question for all of you! I was doing this bootcamp that started at 5:30 am and I got up religiously for it and I loved it! But now that it is over and I dont have someone relying on me to get up, I just cant get out of bed!! do any of you have a solution for this? I love doing my workouts in the morning, I just need to get my butt in gear! let me know ... apprecitate it!

sorry team! this week was not so good for me. I had a MAJOR case of the munchies starting on Thursday that I didnt get over until today :( hence a one pound [b]gain[/b]! sooo sorry! I promise I will make it up to you! I dont even think I got any focused activities in this weekend. I feel so bad writing this to all of you! you all have been doing to well. BUT, today is a new start, I have been eating well and already have 25 min of walking in. I WILL do my workout when I get home, I promise all of you and more importantly I promise myself! need to drop at leat the one pound this week, and am aiming for 2 !!

ok sooo, i finished my day yesterday with a 20 min walk thome and then a 30 min walk with the doggie, total time : 85 min of activities! When I got home from my walk I had a big suprise! my boyfriend went out and bought these two book cases I really wanted for our new apt! so we spent a good 30 min trying to put them together! but Im not going to count that. Im just so excited! This morning I had to rush the dog walk 10 min :? and 20 min walk to my car. 30 so far. Everyone is doing so well!!

yay! Im so happy we have this mini forum, it was hard to keep track on the big one! I couldnt believe we were second b/c I never saw our teams posts haha. I hope to be more communicative on this one! Yesterday I walked 15 min back to my apt, plus 25 more min with the dog and then we went grocery shopping for an HOUR! and i pushed the cart, we parked on the street and carried all the bags back to our place ... woohoo total 35 min morning+ 35 min after work + 60 min groceries = 130 min !!! Today so far ... 20 min walk to car and 20 min doggie walk! I added some pushups and situps but they only took like 2 min. oh well!

ok Navigators tack on 60 more minutes to yesterday, Monday, grand total of 1 hour 45 min Today, Tuesday, I have 50 min of walking in :) To get free parking i have to park a 20 min walk away from my apt, so there is an autimatic 40 min a day! yes :) And I have made a comittment to my doggie to take her on 2 1/2 hour walks a day... I better keep my promise :lol:

ok so breakfast: I make sure I eat it every morning! I love fiber one ceral and skim milk. to change it up I will have some scrambled eggs with laughing cow light. snacks: I love apples, sometimes with all natural peanut butter! and string cheese and almonds. yum

ok I have been so MIA sorry Navigators! Just moved, and I am loving my new diggs and the surrounding area! So, I forget the last time I check in... weigh in is still 133 :( no movement from last week Friday - 30 min walking Sat 2 hours 30 min of walking!! we took a tour of Philadelhia! Sunday 30 minutes walking Monday 35 minutes walking so far. I have been a little distracted this past week, but thats ok I promise I will make it up this week.
