HELP with editing weight info please ...
Hi Tech Gurus, could someone please tell me how I can change the info I've put in for a "weigh in". I don't want to change the comments but do want to edit "how well I'm following diet" section. Thanks :?

Calorie calculation help!
I'm in Adelaide, Australia, which means that our processed foods etc don't have all the info I need to add the necessary criteria when adding new foods to the FatSecret database. Our products don't give kilojoules, calories from fat, or calories at all. So you see my frustratio!!

Calorie calculation help!
Sorry if I haven't made myself clear. Let me try again. Sometimes when I can't find a food type or product in the FatSecret database [which I know and appreciate is exhaustive], I enter it myself and put ALL the nutritional facts that I find on the jar, for example, but the one thing I can never find is the calorie count, and because of this I have to look it up on the Net and it is time consuming because I know I have to get it right [for the sake of others].

Calorie calculation help!
Hi, Could someone please inform me whether FatSecret can automatically calculate what the calories are in a new food type that I put into its system. When I check the nutritional values on products, they never have the calorie count, so I have to check on the web all the time, and this is very tedious.

Calorie calculation for new foods?
Hi all, I would like someone to let me know whether FatSecret can automatically calculate what the calories are in a new food that I put into its system. When I check the nutritional values on products, it never gives me the calorie intake. Has anyone got a really quick way of working this out, without looking it up on the Net every time?

Wow, sounds like a great idea but what do they look like and where can I buy them. I'm in Adelaide, Australia. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :-)

I'm a Newbie too!
Gee thanks dgtrestini, I didn't realise I could just punch in the food details and FatSecret would calculate everything for me. That sounds great, I will give it a go, :-)

I'm a Newbie too!
Hi there, I joined FatSecret about a week ago and have already lost 1kg, and very proud about it. Anyway, my question is: does anyone know what the Nutrition Facts are for homemade sweet potatoe and leek soup. The only ingredients in it are sweet potatoe, leek, water and 2 teaspoons of chicken stock. I would appreciate your input. Thank you, Kabby
