Ya that is what my book says also ,but there are diff. sites that show higher amounts. I'm just thankful for all the help and great ideas. Thanks Rainrshine and CRM1981.I finally found my atkins book in the attic in boxes I haven/t been in for a long while.

Ok so what should my percentages be on Adkins? looked couldnt find info and I have the book....So sad I know. My eye sight sucks for reading small print so HELP PLEASE ANYONE. how much, protien, how much fat.....

STRESSED OUT...
:( I SWEAR I'M LOSING IT AND I DON'T MEAN THE WEIGHT. THE STRESS ALONE YOU WOULD THINK WOULD HELP THE WEIGHT COME OFF BUT IN MY CASE IT ISN'T HELPING AT ALL. I HAVE TAKEN CUSTODY OF MY 2 YEAR OLD GRANDSON,THE ENGINE IN MY CAR LOCKED UP AND NOW I NEED ANOTHER CAR,MY DAUGHTER IS 22 AND PREGNANT WITH HER 5TH CHILD AND MY OTHER DAUGHTER IS IN JAIL. IS ANYONE ELSE FEEL LIKE SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINES THEY DIDN'T DO SOMETHING RIGHT? IM A GOOD PERSON,A GOOD MOTHER AND I LOVE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS BUT I CANT TAKE ANYMORE STRESS. I WANT THIS WEIGHT GONE SO BADLY AND FIND MYSELF LOSING THIS BATTLE. THANKS FOR LISTENING ALL.:|

Ok now I have another questio about serving size. It dosen't tell you about the size of 1 serving..it does say it makes 8 servings,but is that in muffin pans or a bread pan. Dont mean to be a pain I just wanted to know what the n.carbs are for 1 serving and how big a slice should be? Thanks...

:cry: Someone please yell at me...What was I thinking????? My mom and I went out to eat my first time doing this and I blew it and the sad part is I knew it as I was eating it...I gained 5 pounds this week I'm so mad at myself:evil:

I just started the Adkins diet and I have a screaming headache. Is that normal??
I'm not a doctor but I do know that taking carbs and sugar away can cause headaches. My Dr. said they will pass as your body gets used to the change. I started Atkins 6 days ago and I had a couple headaches the first 3 days then boom no more. I also lost 10. pounds ....Good luck and feel better soon.:d

I just can't seem to get the 12 to 15 carbs in vegetables i need each day ...i'm doing fine on the diet just cant seem to get enough veggies....:?

Back to the Gym
The steak was 400g tasty and juicy but I still had to force feed the meal. Now as I sit my pulse is racing trying to digest it. A short walk may be in order to aid the process.

Carbs - fiber = net carbs. You count net carbs.
