CERTAIN DAYS DON'T FEEL HUNGRY, force myself?
my schedule is crazy busy. i am never hungry in the morning andf starving when i get home at night. its realy important to eat in the morning to get your body/ digestion and metabolism going.. i do not think it matter to eat less or have a meal replacement for dinner. if your not hungry in the am like me, i think you should try to eat anyway. dinner is ok to eat less in my opinion since you will likely not burn all the cals consumed. best of luck!

NEED ADVICE: Logging in Calories Burned
think about running on the treadmill and how long it takes to burn 500 cals. obviously standing for 3 hours does not burn 500 cals. be logical. maybe it was accidentally logged as something else? i have accidentally logged badminton as my activity because on my iphone that is the first option.

eat lots of veggies! your more likely not to indulge if your already full! and dont be so hard on yourself... everyone struggles sometimes but its the downward trend is what is important. stay motivated =)

well im not sure about ranking meals but you can certainly keep the meals saved under recent meals. maybe you can try " myfitnesspal" they have a slightly different way of tracking foods.

Rude people
Ive had complete strangers tell me i would look better if i lost some weight, Ive also had complete strangers compliment me on my figure. You cannot let what other people think dictate your life. ITS YOUR LIFE. Stay positive, even though you may not be where you want to be... you are on your way! There will always be rude people in life. the world is not perfect... dont let it get you down =) The energy you waste on being upset about what others may be thinking could be used for more constructive purposes. best of luck.

Frustrated with lack fo weight loss...what am I doing wrong?
oh, i forgot to mention that i used to weigh 189lbs and was consistantly losing about 4LBS a month ( not great) but then i STOPPED drinking on the weekend and began losing 10LBs a month. cheers!

hey there! all of your info is closed to the public so without knowing what you eat and drink its tough to provide advice expect this: alcohol can SLOW or STOP fat loss for up to a week. this is because your body burns off chemicals like alcohol BEFORE it ever burns off fat. not to mention all the food people generally consume that they wouldnt have if they where sober. If you are serious about losing weight for your wedding i advise you stop partying on the weekend until your big day =) good luck!
