low carbs for 2 weeks
Your carb intake is way high. Maybe try lower carb foods. I can only tell you what works for me (when I have the discipline to do it). Maybe google and do a little research on carb cycling.

Shelby...please do some research on healthy diets. The diet you are talking about is NOT healthy!!! Also, lipofuze...not a good idea!

The other night I dreamed I had 6-pack abs. LOL I was very depressed when I woke up. Last night I woke up and I was doing "eliptical motions" with my legs. Glad today is "off" day from the gym! lol

Click on the food you want to edit. On the left hand side you will see Nutrition Info. Under the Nutrition Info you will see...."Is this information inaccurate or incomplete? Click here to edit." Click on the word "here".

Hard to help if your not logging your food intake. But I agree with the others, you dont have to be hungry to diet.

What are your thoughts on cardio vs weight training?
I am just starting on my new weight loss journey. However; i used to be fit. When i was in shape, i always combined cardio and weight training. It gives you that extra edge. Now i am 45 and plan on doing the same. Good Luck! Keep us posted!

Steps per day
I count my steps using the Samsung Health app on my phone. i try to do a minimum of 10000 steps a day. It's synced to this app so it automatically records how many calories i burn
