Weight Watchers
I was a Weight Watchers kid. Not officially :) but my mother was ALWAYS on WW growing up. I go to meetings when I feel a little heavy, but I can't go all the time, simply because it's too expensive. Also, counting points is pretty much a way-of-life for me at this point. Even my boyfriend understands points, and he's never been to a meeting in his life. I think my point is just that you can TOTALLY do WW without meetings, but it is really important to have someone with you that understands it through & through. If you don't, just go to the meetings for a few months til you get the hang of it. Then you can roll from there.

Too tired to workout?!
CHOCOLATE!!! When I have a day like that I think to myself "I really need chocolate, but I'll feel guilty if I don't work out..." So, I work out burn off a 300-500 calories and eat 50-100 calories of delicious chocolateyawesomeyumminess.

Yummy low point sweets
Personally, I go for chocolate. When I need a sweet fix, fruit and other stand-ins don't do it. So I get a bag of individually wrapped mini candy... my favorite is Dove Dark Chocolate. I keep them in the freezer and have one a night. It's one point and totally worth it. The freezing keeps me from piling them into my mouth all at once! :)

Times Article - Detox & Cleanses
Very interesting - Let me know what you think!! Personally I've never done a cleanse or fat flush but I know a lot of people here have!! I don't really have an opinion one way or the other, but this article brings up a lot to consider: http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01...

one whole day
HAHA! Yeah, if you try avocado by itself it can be pretty gross... try mixing it with serano peppers, onions, garlic, cilantro & fresh tomatoes (guacamole). Dip some fresh red peppers or carrots in it and YUM!!!!!!! Delishamundo.

PICKING...a little here a little there
I eat right before I leave work. It helps soooooo much! You know that 3:30/4:00 stomach grumble you get? Totally normal, and you shouldn't ignore it. I eat a piece of fruit or a granola bar if I'm going to the gym. Sometimes yogurt and a few almonds... But seriously, put something in your body before you leave and you won't be so ravenous when you get home. Hope that helps! Good luck... :)

A Weight Question
http://www.weightwatchers.com/... according to this link, you're actually underweight. i would suggest not LOSING any more weight, just going to the gym and getting into a weight training regimen - that way you can tone up any problem areas. good luck!!

carbohydrates
I love bread too! I'm a total carb freak. I think the key (especially in Weight Watchers) is portion control. Let yourself have whatever treat you like - but only eat one or two points worth, and STOP yourself after that. Personally, I crave fresh croissants... there's this amazing bakery around the corner from me. I allow myself to have a croissant once a week (6 points) and it's TOTALLY worth it! But really - don't deprive yourself of the things you love. You'll only end up gaining BACK the weight once you take it off. Learn to eat what you love in moderation, and you'll stay lean forever! GOOD LUCK!!!

Well good luck with those challenges. There must be a good reason you feel you can't have just one of the carb, lower calorie beers. I admire your discipline and determination.
