I think that weight loss is an inspiration. There may be someone out there going through the same thing that you are. Unconsciously, your experience may be motivating. I constantly look at journals, pics and posts when online. Everyone that works hard and is succeeding is motivation for me to keep fighting. I do understand the feeling of invasion of privacy, but the knowledge that you may be inspiring is FANTASTIC!!

When adopting a low carb way of life, your liver converts fats (fatty acids) to fuel rather that carbs (glucose) to fuel. Therefore, you are in a state of forced state of ketosis. Thanks for the response, I figure that I probably ate more than I have in the last few days and that is where the uncomfortable fullness may stem from.

Black Beans SBD Day4
I am in Phase 1 of the SBD, I had black beans for lunch today. I felt so full and a bit sleepy. Is that normal? are there to many carbs in black beans to introduce them back into my diet so soon? My concern is that I could have reversed my ketosis.:( Thoughts please
