Coffee
Weighing in (pun intended, lol) on the caffiene issue -- I say it has caused me no harm. I drink 1 or 2 cups if fully-caffinated coffee daily and would probably drink more except I love it with heavy cream so we're talking 100 calories a cup. Really I think you have to figure out what works for you - others can consume sugar-alchols without stalling and I even think about them and I'm stalled. Do what works for your body.

Atkins and foot/leg cramps
Plenty of water, make sure you are getting the salt that you need and if that doesn't help, then add a potassium supplement - some potassium rich foods for low carbers are spinach, broccoli, avocados, tomatoes and almonds - I am usually able to keep the cramps at bay by eating plenty of the low-carb, high potassium foods.

I need some advice
I did induction for about 5-6 months before moving on to OWL (started at 210 in 2010 and am now at 137). When you do decided to move on, add carbs slowly. I found that I need to keep my carbs to 20-30 even in OWL to keep losing. I am older and small so my losing is slow and my tolerance for carbs is pretty low. Everyone is different. Wishing you the best!

If you are starving, your body is storing fat because it is in starvation mode.
Someone pushing their own agenda, lol -- as for me, I'll just continue on doing Atkin's -- it has done WONDERFUL things for me over the last 2 years! At 51 years old, I am in the best health of my adult life :)

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
It depends. I can't stand eating it with fruit or anything sweet, like most people do.

jwill77nc2 is correct. Also, if there is NO asterisk (*) after the food or exercise then that number will not be counted in the Challenges and Contests and Mini Challenges this program offers.
