Pinto Beans
My pinto beans are quite good. I prepared them in the slow cooker. One note, the ham bone made the beans very salty. Maybe I'll use turkey bacon the next time.

What's your Danger Food?
All food is dangerous, to me. My diet consists of high carbs and my portions are too large. If I could cut down my portions, that would be half the battle.

Motivation
Good day, My name is George. I am 5'8 and weight 305. I am hoping to reach a suitable weight. Somewhere around 165. I need motivation to accomplish this goal. Any thought are greatly appreciated. Cheers, George
