What will you do when you've reached goal that you wouldn't do now?
I will go out and buy an incredible outfit straight off the rack and not have to worry about if it makes me look fat. I will believe my husband when he says that I am perfect the way I am. I will take my kids to the public pool. I will keep the weight off. I will high heels again.

Anyone doing the HCG Diet?
My mother-in-law is a nurse and was on this diet. She id now off of it thank God. She didn't lose any weight significant weight on it. Her best friend is an ER nurse and she told my mother-in-law to get off it immediately. The ER nurse said that they have had NUMEROUS patients come into the ER from being on the HCG diet with large cysts on their ovaries and in extreme pain. Some even had to have surgery. SO just be careful if on this diet.

Noodles, bread & butter, alfredo sauce, and chocolate. A hush puppy is kind of like an oniony-flavored cornbread ball that is deep fat fried. (Not all have an oniony taste I guess but the ones I like do).

Ohh and a thing about digesting. When the food leaves your stomach its no longer digesting per say, its absorbing nutrients. It still uses energy to do this but nowhere NEAR as much as actual digestion.

I only weigh once a week. I'm so insecure that if I weighed everyday I'd be so depressed at any little weight gain. My advice is to do what is right for YOU. :) God bless
