Gone toooooooo long!!
Me too. I dropped out because I was having surgery and the doctor didn't want me losing weight, but now, I have gained it all back except 9 pounds! He sure didn't say he wanted me to gain weight. :roll: It's so hard, now, to get back on track.

Looking for "Diet" Buddies
Shan, you will get a lot of support from everyone on this site! I'm 60 and the metabolism went on strike, so now, I have to work on getting the weight off. Normally, you should have 1200-1500 calories a day, AT LEAST! What do you mean fussy eater? What won't you eat? You can get some healthier food at fast food, although not much of a variety.

I get the 100 calorie packs of Oreo Crisps and fat free chocolate pudding. It's my chocolate fix. I also eat the smart pop 100 calorie pack of popcorn.

I can't believe how high calorie rice is, too. You are so right, something that is really good for you is so high calorie.

How to do this Diet
[b][/b]They don't promote any diet. You do need to journal and enter your food eaten and exercise done. They do have a list of diets on this site, also you can do your own. When you put in a food, it shows the calorie, fat, protein and carbohydrate counts. Diana

Maybe you need to change the type of exercises your doing. You may very well be losing fat, but in turn your building muscles, which way more than fat.
