Skinny Bitch (the book)
it is hard to eat right on a tight budget, especially when you have kids to fill up... maybe someone has a good idea.. but I would love real healthy food... like no added chemicals etc... organic... if i could grow it myself I would prefer that. :)

oh thank you for posting this,, I thought I was doing horrible compared to everyone else on eating! And I agree I am not here to compare myself to others, but sometimes it happens because of that little information in the bottom, but now I just don't look at it. I do enjoy being able to put in what I have eaten for the day or what I will be eating to see the serving size, and the exercise journal is also helpful to see what I am doing in a day to become stronger.

I need some fitness advice
thank you for the insite... I need a work out I can follow, the ones on fit tv change each day and I find some a bit boring and would like one to do that I like that I do not get bored with and 25 minutes I can handle! I will look for it.

Starting all over
