RE: 1000 calorie issue. I have to agree with Chickie9999 - everyone is different. Body chemistry is as different to individuals as the color of eyes can be. Ask the people around you what kind of pain relievers work for them and what doesn't. It all comes down to your own body chemistry. I have been known to get migrane headaches, and yet Excedrine Migrane doesn't work for me. Alieve, and an ice bag (aleve..?) does. Go figure. I think it's more about the quality of the calorie than the amount. If what you are eating is good nutrition, but low in calories, well, isn't that the point? Still, great information Ambition! Got us all thinking and motivated!

My machine has revolutions per minute (ie: if its a cycle or elliptical) you can travel further so to speak in the same time frame. There are also different levels of resistance so maybe you have changed ...
