New favorite breakfast...
Okay...so I wanted something a bit different this morning. I had two 60 calorie Dannon Yogurts and put low fat animal crackers in it. I then mixed it all together. YUMMY! Total calorie count was only 360! ♥♥♥♥

Forgiveness...
I normally find one quote and go with it, but today I felt adventurous. :0) I read each of these and just could not decide...so...you get the pleasure of all three. I think these quotes ring so true. I know we all go through so much in life with so many people and it seems so much easier to just be so angry. But when you sit back and truly think about it...is it really? The answer is simple. It is not. Forgiveness, I have learned is the key to growing and living. Does it take all of the pain and hurt out of a situation. No. Remember we are all flesh. Spiritually however, is a whole different story. We are each enlightened in a new way each day. The power of forgiveness will not only enlighten your day but your very soul. I speak from experience. I ask you today to forgive someone and tell them. Be genuine in your forgiving. May you experience the gifts of forgiving. May it bless your day and fill your spirit. God Bless! "Fogiveness is a virtue of the brave." ~Indira Gandhi "Forgiveness is the final for of love." ~Reinhold Niebuhr "The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong." ~Mohandas Gandhi

Just a Thought!
A friend sent this to me and I wanted to share it with you all. If you are feeling tired and weary, perhaps now would be a good time to lighten your load. There are many burdens you can get rid of that you'll easily be able to do without. Start by abandoning all your resentments. Each resentment costs an enormous amount of time and energy, and provides absolutely nothing of value in return. Next, you can walk away from your anxiety. All the anxiety in the world cannot add a single positive moment to your life. Pick up the pace by letting go of the need to prove that you're right. Instead, use the time and energy to more effectively listen and understand. While you're at it, go ahead and leave behind your envy, anger, impatience and frustration. After all, what have they ever done for you? Dropping the burdensome negativity from your life is ridiculously easy once you realize how much it's all holding you back. Lighten your load, and move quickly to where you truly wish to be.

Well Needed!!! A must Read!!!
After the journal I wrote today...I read these two emails from a friend of mine...they seemed very fitting...enjoy! You don't have to look very far to find a reason to feel sorry for yourself. But why would you want to waste even a few moments of your precious life on self pity? It's easy to come up with perfectly reasonable excuses for lowering your expectations and hiding away from life. But then all you're left with are worthless excuses. There are certain circumstances under which some people see themselves as victims. Yet under those exact same circumstances other people find and make the most of truly grand opportunities. When you expect life to be cruel and harsh, it will live up to your expectations. When, on the other hand, you consider yourself to be extremely fortunate, you will become even more so. There is great value in every moment. Positive possibilities are generated by every turn and twist of fate. No matter what may happen or fail to happen, life is what you choose to make it. Choose again and again, in every situation, to make it great. and Responsibility is not a burden. It is the key that enables you to exercise control over your own destiny. Only by taking responsibility are you able to move life in the direction of your own dreams and visions. Responsibility fully engages the best of who you are. Responsibility can be difficult, time-consuming, unfair, inconvenient and uncomfortable. Yet it also brings you to a level of empowerment that cannot be reached in any other way. At the heart of true achievement is responsibility. An essential element of meaningful fulfillment is responsibility. Every great opportunity is an opportunity to take responsibility. Whatever the situation, the most successful way forward is to act with responsibility. No matter what has happened, or who is to blame, or how it all came to be, choose to take full responsibility for your life. For that is the first step in making it great.

Dreamer or Doer???
This was sent to me and WOW is all I have to say! Is it best to be a dreamer or is it best to be a doer? Actually, it is helpful to be both. In all great creations, the idealistic exists with the pragmatic in elegant proportions. A dream is of little value unless you put action into it, and action won't get you very far unless there is meaningful purpose behind it. Allow yourself to dream grand, magnificent dreams that express the deepest essence of who you are. Then let those dreams pull you steadily through the practical, nuts-and-bolts work of making them real. Work through each day with diligence and persistence, doing what there is to be done. And as you do, stay close to the dreamer that always lives within you. As a dreamer, you can envision a world and a life with no limits. As a doer, you can focus on something that has never existed before and make it real. Let your most treasured dreams focus your actions and let your actions express your dreams. Be both a dreamer and a doer, and dive deeply into the multifaceted treasure that is your life.

Thought for the day...
This was sent to me from a great friend and I wanted to share!!!! Nothing can compare to the satisfaction you receive from a job well done. When the problems have been solved and the difficult tasks have been completed, you know without a doubt that you've created something of real value. Any difficult challenge can seem a bit overwhelming when you first encounter it. Yet as you begin to work on it, you transform it from overwhelming to fulfilling. The confidence you gain from a job well done cannot be obtained in any other way. And that confidence will still be with you long after the work has been completed. The real value of accomplishment is not in the having. It is in the doing. Success is a state of mind, and the most reliable way to reach that state of mind is by working through a meaningful challenge. What a blessing it is that there is always work to be done. Step willingly forward and take on those tasks that you know will make a difference. And enjoy the continuing benefits that flow from a job well done.

A great thought from a friend of mine...
This was sent to me and I love it. It really radiates the soul!!! Enjoy!!! How can you go ahead and take action when you don't feel like it? Set your feelings aside and do what needs to be done. How can you move toward your dream when you don't think you can do it? Set your thinking aside and follow your heart. Thoughts and feelings are powerful and extremely useful, yet they do not have to control you. You control you. Pay heed to your feelings and listen carefully to your thoughts. Then act according to what you know, in that part of you beyond thought and beyond feeling. Thoughts and feelings are important parts of life, and yet they are not the whole essence of life. Keep yourself connected to that ineffable presence that is life itself. Be guided by what you think and what you feel. And all the while, be true to who you are.

Another thought that was sent to me that Inspired me...
This was sent to me and I wanted to share it with all of you!! As you choose the way you will live this day, remember this. Accomplishment is truly a joy that's worth experiencing over and over again. The joy of accomplishment is in the doing. There is nothing that can match the feeling of knowing that you are making a difference. Working to get something done enables you to discover and develop your own unique strengths. It is a highly fulfilling way to spend your time. Accomplishment never gets old or tiresome. For each accomplishment opens the door to a whole new level of exciting possibilities. Right now, there are all kinds of things that can be done to add value to your world. Decide to be the person who will step forward to do them. Though the outer rewards of accomplishment are many, accomplishment is also its own reward. Choose today to make the effort, to persist with purpose and commitment, and know the special joy that accomplishment brings.

Another one of my random friendly thoughts...
This was sent to me and I felt the need to share... This is the most important day in your life. Because this is the day that you are now living. If your life is headed in an undesirable direction, this is the day you can change it. If there are dreams you are longing to fulfill, this is the day you can follow them. This day, right now, is the day when you can put to use all the knowledge, experience and wisdom you've accumulated. On this very day, you can do the things you've been meaning to do and connect with the people you've been meaning to see. On this day, you have a world full of choices. On this day, there are more possibilities than ever before. Of all the days you've ever lived, and of all the days to come, this is the one special day that now matters the most. For it is on this very day that you can now think and speak and act and love and live. Give yourself a quiet, peaceful moment, and grasp the immense value that is now yours on this very day. Then step forward and fill it with beautiful life. -- Ralph Marston

A thought....
This was sent to me from a good friend and I wanted to share... Your thoughts can work for you or they can work against you. Choose right now to hold those thoughts that work in your favor. Choose the thoughts that give energy to your most cherished values and most treasured dreams. Choose thoughts that resonate with hope and love. To hold a certain specific thought requires no physical effort, no special training and no permission from anyone else. Your thoughts are precisely what you allow them to be, as soon as you allow them to be. And those thoughts set the stage for the way you experience life. They serve as a lens through which you see the world, and they control the way you respond to every situation. When you develop a strong habit of filling your mind with positive, uplifting thoughts, you are well positioned to successfully meet the challenges that come your way. Empowering thoughts equip you to take effective and appropriate action. Thoughts can come and go in an instant and have no physical dimensions, yet they exert enormous influence. Strengthen your thoughts and you strengthen your life.

Just a Thought from a Friend...
For every tragedy, there are a thousand joys. For every setback, there are countless ways to move positively forward from it. Though the world may sometimes seem cold and dreary, there is always a bright new sunrise on the way. Though life can certainly be unfair, it is at the same time filled with an unending supply of positive possibilities. As painful as the losses can be, love will heal to an even greater degree. In the darkest of times, hope shines more brightly than ever. Your own existence is so thoroughly familiar to you that you rarely think anything about it. Yet it is a wondrous miracle that is utterly beyond compare. What you have is so much more than what you can touch or see. What you have is everything that is, and all that can ever be. You will never fully grasp the depth of life's richness. For the more of it you experience, the more of it there is.

No Limits to what you can Imagine! Sent to me from a Friend!
There are no limits to what you can imagine. And what you create in your imagination sets the stage for what you will create in your life. Your imagination can take you to any place and any time you choose. In your imagination, you can construct and explore whatever set of circumstances you wish to experience. Imagination can help you prepare to do things you've never done. It can also help you improve and perfect the tasks with which you're already familiar. Pay close and careful attention to the realities of your life. And then fully explore the possibilities present in those realities by sifting them through the wondrous power of your imagination. When it seems that you've run out of options, imagine for yourself some new ones. If you let it, your imagination can pull you toward the truth you need to know. The reality of your life is rich indeed. And imagination greatly expands your access to that richness.

Thought of the Day from a Friend....
Many of the good and valuable things you do will go unnoticed by everyone else. Do them anyway, because you will know. Many of the contributions you make will not be fully appreciated by others. Make them anyway, because they're the right things to do. It's great when you receive recognition for the work you do and the high standards you maintain. Yet even when there is no possibility of recognition, there is still plenty of reason to give your very best. Even when no one else is watching, you are watching. Even when no one else appreciates the value of what you're doing, you understand that value. Your honest, authentic view of yourself influences all that you do. And that view is formed largely during the times when no one is watching. Be ever true to yourself and to the values you hold dear. Your life is a living expression of who you truly know you are.

Just another random thought from a friend....
Can you find it within yourself to appreciate and even enjoy what you do not like? By so doing, you will experience a sense of acceptance, peace and power. Can you learn to be understanding and patient when you have been angered, frustrated, or inconvenienced? Do so, and you'll discover a highly effective way to move forward no matter what. Are you able to respect and explore an opinion or perspective with which you disagree? That can add real strength and conviction to your own perspective. Life's richness does not come from just staying with what is familiar, comfortable and pleasurable. It is when you venture out, away from the familiar, that you grow stronger and more capable. Hold tightly to your core values while at the same time opening your mind and your heart to new thoughts, feelings and experiences. Your own perspective will grow stronger when you look at it from other perspectives. Find ways to provide a healthy challenge for your understanding of life. And you'll learn to understand, to discover and to experience so very much more.

Another Great Thought...
Here's a simple, easy way to make an immediate and profound improvement in the quality of your life. Stop worrying. The next time you catch yourself wrapping your mind around a worry, choose to let that worry fall completely away. Notice how much more positive and effective you suddenly are. Worry poisons your thoughts and keeps life's best opportunities hidden from you. Worry actually increases the power and influence of those undesirable things you worry about. Certainly it's important to look clearly and realistically at life's dangers, problems and challenges. Yet there is nothing to be gained by worrying about them. Choose to replace each negative worry with positive action. Instead of looking down, pick yourself up and move forward. Every moment is filled with countless opportunities to create lasting value. Stop worrying, and start living with richness, purpose and real joy.

Yet another Great Thought from my friend...
Life is not always easy. And that is a major reason why it is so precious. Many of life's best rewards are possible only because you must work your way through difficult challenges to get to them. If everything in life were easy, there would be no opportunity for real fulfillment. If the only things you experienced were pleasure and comfort, it would be impossible for you to fully appreciate them. A life of total ease and a complete lack of challenge would be unbearably tedious. When the next challenge comes your way, when the next obstacle blocks your progress, find it in yourself to be thankful. For the difficulties provide you with truly magnificent opportunities to create value, to find meaning and fulfillment in living. The challenges enable you to give of yourself and to make a real difference. And that's something you desire at the deepest level. Life is not always easy. And because of that, you have the opportunity to make it truly great.

A great thought from a friend of mine...
Everything that is, exists in this moment. This is the best time of your life because this is the time when your life is being lived. If you have been planning to take action, now is the time to do it. Within you is a vision of how great life can be, and now is the time to make it real. Now is the time when accomplishment happens. Now is the time when dreams are brought to life. Now is when you are free to choose the direction of your life. Now is when you are able to do what must be done. Life is now and you are here to live it. Do you realize what an enormous opportunity is now within your grasp? Breathe in deeply the sweet, powerful fragrance of this now moment. This is the time to fully and truly live.
