Diet boost?
I've been on weight watchers for about a month now and I've only lost about 10 lbs. I know that losing weight takes time but I work out about 3 times a week pretty hard core and I've been following my weight watchers points plus program. Is there anything I can take (not pills) such as a natural remedy ? I'm very into holistic solutions and home remedies. If anyone knows of anything safe that can maybe help me please share.

My mother lost about 60 lbs on weight watchers and at her meetings they had said that one pound is 4 sticks of butter! So that really puts into perspective for me. You're right and I appreciate your encouragement :)

Thanks everyone. It's not like I hate myself or anything. But I just know that the way I see myself in the mirror isn't good. I'm 18 and ready to take the lead in my life. Just want to be healthy is all. Instead of being sad when trying to go shopping. For once in my life I wish I could enjoy shopping. I've lost 10 lbs so far and I'm working my way to my goals. But thank you all for your support.

I'm starting to really get mad at myself. I have been on this diet for about three weeks now and at first I was very motivated. Now I gained two pounds of my already lost weight of 6 lbs. how I do I get fully motivated again and freaking stay that way!!!? I feel so guilty and really crappy. All I want to do is skip school and go running. My high school graduation is at the end of the month and I want to be down at least 10 lbs. A girl at school called my fat the other day. I guess this is a motivator for me but not for long. Help!!! I need some tips to stay with it. I really need this.
