mayo has carbs or doesnt have carbs???
I would suggest going by the nutritional info on the bottle of mayo you're eating from.. If it's different from what's on site you can also add to your "custom foods" to record accurate carb count..

Binge Eating Monster
Ok.. So I don't know how I came about this journal.. BUT I LOVE IT!!! Megan were you reading this journey since 10/12 and before then I was an emotional eater, binge eater, eat because the food is there, all that!!! I need to post your note and read it daily! INSPIRATION, UNDERSTANDING, I can't think of any more words now, just had a brain fart!! I want to say thank you for the 'WORDS' and onward forward with this journey!! To you Megan and the other ladies that have responded to this post! We are not alone - different states, different cities, but we are on this journey together!! So happy I came across this post.. :D

Delete Exercise
Actually if you want to delete the activity for the day.. Go to the activity/exercise - put the time amount that you have for the exercise - click on reduce then SAVE and activity/exercise will delete for the day.. So if you put 30 min of activity - go back in click the activity.. put 30 minutes - click REDUCE .. gone! Hope this works for you.. Have a great day!

ewwwww!
LOL LOL.. YOU'RE NOT ALONE! yes, I have experienced the bad breath in ketosis several times... It's very unpleasant and can be embarrassing I can brush and clean my tongue all day and night but it's still there (lol lol lol ) .. I just chew the Extra Sugar Free Gum just to get a pleasant taste in my mouth for the time being. ;) Only thing good about that is when I'm going thru this phase I know the fat burning process is in FULL EFFECT! :D

Snack Ideas
Hi Amazing Grace... There is a topic area in this group on the 1st page there is a list of snacks that are great!... My favorite is pork rinds with tuna salad (as a dip), deviled eggs, cucumber slices w/ ranch dressing or italian dressing, jalapeno poppers.. I can go on and on.. The 'IT' Food for You?
I have no idea what the exact "IT" food will be for me, but I have been thinking about sweets all week :( Thinking about the dessert table at my Aunt's house for Christmas.. (sigh) Hopefully all this dreaming and thinking about any "type of sweet" will satisfy me and on the actual day I won't endulge or over-endulge.... I'm Just Saying.. After saying all this again - I say I have no idea.. Hope my taste buds don't work that day so I won't eat anything..

CARBQUIK VS. ATKINS BAKE MIX ???
I've never used either one, but one of the ladies had a fried chicken recipe and she used carbquik.. So I think I am going to purchase to try it... I know my answer didn't help much - sorry

Just found this post katmm... You are not the only one who fell off.. As I said in a different post I did as well.. I wil have to give away my leftovers.. thought I would have some food here for the kids.. I might have too.. I can't stop thinking about the FOOD.. GEEESSHH! When you said you are sick is your stomach upset? I know I was on a sugar high but no symptoms yet.. @Riocaz and Angie as always great advice noted above..

atkin shakes
Hi.. WE are definitely counting the NET CARBS! I've had to limit how many bars and shakes I eat in a week.. If I have a bar one day I skip a day and I may have another bar or 1 shake.. I'm pretty good with not having either one 2 no more than 3 times a week.. Good luck to you.. We're all on a journey. :)

Total Carbs vs. Net Carbs
If you visit the Atkins.com website it will give you all the information on net carbs for each phase.. If you are in induction the site says 20-25 net carbs a day.. but of course you want to stay as close to 20 net carbs a day.. The Official Atkins site is very helpful and informative.

I am doing something wrong
Hi Shacancan.. I too am in the Induction phase. I tried the bars and tried my 1st shake this morning. :) My 2nd week in and I notice that I have to regulate how many bars I consume.. So far I have had no more than 2 -3 bars in a week (and I still think that's too much) but since I am on the go alot I have to have something on hand because I don't want to fall off the wagon. LOL LOL.. The shake actually was delicious and I think I will try the shake in my coffee (never thought of that either)Thanks for the idea. Hope you have a great day.

Water Count
Hi Darlas club.. I was having the same small issue - I too was using the atkins site for the water intake - one click on the drop and there you have it.. What I've been doing here on FS is just adding the water intake on the food diary section after each cup or bottle..Just input water and how many oz you've consumed and voila! :) It's a little time consuming but at least you have it written down.. Hope that works a little..

How long does it take for a recipe to be approved?
Thank you angiekae68 for your question about the posting of the recipe and also the answer you received from... I too submitted 2 recipes about a week ago and still no answer, so it's good to know that it is the "norm"... Hopefully our recipes will post soon, so we can share with others..

Addicted to Coffee with creamer every morning!
I figure one addiction at a time. Creamers are a small deal, so don't get rid of them until you food addiction is under control. Just don't add a third real addiction such as sugar.
