What is a Guava without refuse? or what's the difference between that and a common guava?

I am new and tring to change my life
"i usually have to keep comments to myself" -- i know how that is. But you are right, i knew what size i was before and i didn't feel comfortable until i went back. Even if everyone else did their best to make me feel good where i was. Now my problem is the flabs. I'm wanting to really exercise to turn those flabs into abs. People get the wrong idea, i know i'm not "fat" but eating healthy has become a lifestyle and honestly it feels good. I feel great!

Well, you took the first step Huraaayy!! Welcome! this is a very useful sight, and the app is a very big help. Join a group for specific exercise motivation/challenges. I'm also trying to change my eating habits. More fruits and veggies and out with sodas and sugary drinks. I'm trying to avoid processed food but i can't give up bread. I know you can meet your goal because i started a bit higher than your starting weight and i am now 108 and i just bought my first size 0 jeans over the weekend. Yup i went from a size 10 to a zero. (well i have to admit i even wore size 12 at my lowest point) So good luck! You can do it.

Do you eat all your calories?
I eat around 10-12 carbs/day ... it easy to keep track if you use the calculator on site ... you don't have to weigh anything its all been done for you ...if you don't keep track its much harder ...
