Activity Level - Clear examples?
Are you saying 2800 calories in a day? I'm doing about 1 hour of cardio interval exercise most days and aim for about 1500 - 2000 calories. This seems to be working well for me and I'm losing around a KG a week. Although on saturday I did some weight training and plataued because of the muscle gain. Should be back on track now!

Why is my weight going up again?
Thanks everyone and yes, I must keep more on top of my food diary :) I'll keep following my regime for a few more weeks and if things don't appear to be changing, I'll look into core weights also.

Why is my weight going up again?
Over a month ago now I quit all takeaways, junk food and started back at the gym doing cardio for about 40 - 60 mins a day 5 times a week. I'm increasing the intensity of my elliptical trainer every week and doing the hill setting. Elliptical trainer is good for me as I have arthritis in my knee and need a non impact exercise so I don't aggravate it. I'm aiming for a calorie intake of no more than 1500 per day and sticking to that pretty well... For some reason my weight seems to have platau'd or slightly increasing and I don't know why. Any help would be appreciated :)
