Try taking multi-vitamin supplements and drink lots of water. Also, try eating small portions throughout the whole day until you've reached your daily calorie intake.

Not sure why people are fighting with each other, when the OP didn't state anything quantifiable or verifiable , and their food/exercise diaries are incomplete.
