It can't hurt! I used to have a desk job and always wanted one of those little peddle things, but I never bought one. When you're sitting at a desk all day, anything is better than nothing!

I use Advocare and I love it. I will sometimes add natural peanut butter and a banana to it for variety. You can look up the ingredients to see what they are. I'm a user and dealer of Advocare.
