I sold my bike, to dangerous to ride it around here. I workout inside, its over 115 degrees outside, and also I don't work, 64 years old.

Are you eating enough fat and protein? Protein: 4-6 oz per meal Fat: 1-2 tblsp per meal Plus snacks. If you do that, your hunger should abate. Are is it cravings instead? HTH
