Macros Countdown please!
It is currently not an option though would be nice. Fibit does that if you log your food on that site and add your exercise as it only adds up steps.

Have u tried the 3 Week Diet?
Eat healthy WHOLE FOODS, no processed foods, measure your portions, exercise... no money involved but what you spend for food and if you choose to join a gym, lot of exercise you an do with no gym so ...

moringa oleifera (aka drumstick tree or horseradish tree)
I've used Moringa Oleifera in my smoothies every day. I really couldn't tell a big difference as far as the protein goes.
