Hello Everyone, :) I am physically disabled and trying to lose weight. Is there a group for people in wheelchairs? I tried typing several terms into the search box with no success.

Eating under 1,000 calories a day is not healthy. I don't understand what you are trying to achieve by doing so.

A 12-Hour Eating Window for a Healthy Weight
I do intermittent fasting on the weekend. I have black coffee or water until I am ready to eat. I go from 6pm on Friday nite to about 4 on Saturday and Sunday. It works for me.
