What is your basic work-out routine?
Crossfit, wod, swim/ bike, run (when im triathalon training). Wodshop is great for ideas- you can choose a different wod each day.

You only have to do it once, and it only takes a minute. After that the food should be available to you. You should also be able to edit and correct the existing entry.

protein pancakes
None of protein pancake recipes I know involve water. Simply mix the protein powder with the eggs and the other ingredients. I suspect the water is the reason that you cannot fry the mixture.
