losted progress
I was cleaning out my temp files and I lost all my progress for the month and a half I been on my diet! Is there any way to get it back?

Check your time that you watched ( really it's the same as sitting) and adjust it according to the time. If you only watched for an hour, it shouldn't be that high.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
What you look like and how your clothes fit you is a far better indicator of how you are doing once you get down to a reasonable weight

3 day Military diet
Oh my, it didn't even last a day. Will rather start doing it on Monday again. I only stuck to it on Thursday. Next!!!!
