How to curb late night eating?
What seems to keep me from snacking late is that I eat a larger portion of protein at dinner - 6oz of protein instead of 4oz.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I think becoming obsessed with weighing in on a daily basis is super unhealthy. Your body weight naturally fluctuates and you will easily get discouraged. I weigh myself once a week.

Sodium/Salt intake HOW MUCH
The minimum required is 500mg sodium a day. The ideal is 1500mg a day. Maximum is 2400mg a day.
